Knee Pain
Knee pain can be caused by overuse in sports (‘runner’s knee,’ ‘tendinitis,’ etc.). Knee pain may also result from overuse in regular day-to-day activities. The knee is the body’s largest joint, and it bears a lot of your body weight, which is what makes knee pain a pervasive condition.
For some, knee pain is acute and temporary; for others, it may be a longer term problem that impacts mobility and overall quality of life. If you are suffering from regular knee pain, it is important to consult a healthcare practitioner so as to properly diagnose your condition and limit the risk of aggravating any trauma to your knee joint.
