What is chiropractic manipulation?

Chiropractic manipulation (or “chiropractic adjustment”) is a safe and noninvasive therapy that supports pain management. During treatment, Dr. Sheps will apply gentle pressure to realign your joints; this technique helps to reduce inflammation and improve circulation.

What can I expect after treatment?

You may experience mild soreness or stiffness after a chiropractic adjustment. This is normal, and any residual discomfort should resolve within a day or two of your visit. If, for whatever reason, the discomfort continues or worsens, be sure to let Dr. Sheps know immediately.
